Perfect bed comfort!

No elevator at all.

The room was very comfortable, comfortable bed.

Location right near the Grand Place is unbeatable. My room had a decent view of the lively street below, but it came with constant noise from street performers at night. Wi-Fi worked well, and daily housekeeping kept the room clean, even though they only changed towels without much else. I had to navigate multiple flights of steep stairs with my luggage. The room was basic and quite small, made moving around a challenge. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable. Storage for luggage after checkout was helpful, but the overall dated feel and lack of amenities like a mini fridge or coffee maker were great. Still, if you're looking for a great location and can tolerate some noise and stairs, this place might work for you.

The staff are affable and excellent.

Best possible and convenient location minutes from the main station for easy access to city. Perfectly pleasant stay in very very nice area. Professional and especially helpful staff, brand-new rooms with heating, a double bed and toiletries.

I stayed for business and found the location really convenient for my meetings, being pretty close to key sites like the Grand Place and Saint Michael and Gudula Cathedral. The room had the basics covered, though the thin walls made for a less than quiet night. One standout moment was the ease of exploring nearby attractions after my meetings, which made my trip more enjoyable despite some noise.

Very central location near main tourist attractions, numerous restaurants, shopping areas, metro, train etc. Satisfactory breakfast and free WLAN. 24h reception.

No iron/ironing board. Some noise from the street (party people). Modest rooms, steep and narrow staircase.

No TV remote. There's practically no breakfast, but it's all compensated for by the price. Musicians play under the windows until 9-10 p.m.)).

convenient location

some rooms are very noisy, especially in summaer when it is impossible to sleep with the window open becasue of the noise late into the night. the fan did not work. Will recommend, but only with caution

We loved the excellent location, just a short walk to the train station and main attractions. The staff was friendly, helping our big family settle in easily. Plus, the cozy beds.

My kids wished there was a mini fridge in the room.

Location was great, right next to Central train station and Grand Place. We were checking out really early and asked breakfast to be available before 7am; they accomodated and had it all set up before our departure which was much appreciated. Breakfast was not bad; cereal, bread, croissant, coffee, juice, no fruit. A decent hotel for 1 night, anything more than that and it would be a little too basic.

Many stairs and no elevator, we expected this and it wasn't an issue but could be for someone with mobility issues. Internet was free (wi-fi), but it wasn't working and they couldn't explain why. At check-in they said they accepted credit cards; at check-out the machine suddenly wasn't working and we had to run to a bank to get cash. Staff was not warm and there was not much of a welcome, just given the key to your room and that's it. Night staff didn't seem knowledgable of hotel policy and seemed more of a security guard. Budget style room, very basic. Couldn't find a TV remote but went to bed early so no big deal. At 99 euro, I thought it was a little much for the room, but I'm sure you're paying for location which was superb.
